I have read and agreed to abide by the WFG2012 Code of Conduct and to complete the required volunteer/ rostered hours during the festival. In exchange I will receive on-site training, induction, festival experience, WIP hours, access to volunteer facilities such as subsidised meals from the volunteer kitchen and WFG2012 work uniform.

Volunteers that can complete all 12 days of volunteering will have preferance over part-time volunteers. After all the volunteers have filled in the availability, WFG2012 will roster all volunteers and send them a confirmation email, along with a schedule and induction dates.

Volunteer work for WFG2012 is not a prerequisite for paid employment and volunteering does not guarantee a paid position. WFG2012 is committed to providing a safe working environment for all its volunteers and will provide relevant induction sessions in relation to event specific health and safety issues. Volunteers are obligated to act responsibly with regards to health and safety as outlined in the NSW Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000 and associated regulations. WFG2012 Occupational Health & Safety Policy & Pocedure are available on request, please contact the Volunteer Manager.

I understand that if I breach the Code of Conduct I may be dismissed from my volunteer role. In the event of illness, injury, misadventure and accident I will contact the Volunteer Manager at my earliest convenience.
